As the contractor selected to revitalize Pleasant Beach village, preserving the historical charm the Manor House by complimenting it with an Inn and the renovation of the Beach House Restaurant, was key. Our team completely remodeled the interior, expanding the dining area to include a full bar and seamlessly connecting the kitchen to serve both the Beach house and the adjacent Manor House venue. The outdoor patio presented a unique challenge, as it required careful structuring of the steep landscape. Our design approach ensured the patio not only functioned perfectly but also complemented the village’s artistic aesthetic.
