Fairbank Special Services was created from the long-standing relationships built through decades of custom homebuilding at Fairbank Construction Company. As families settled into the homes we crafted across Bainbridge Island and Kitsap County, many returned seeking trusted help for smaller remodels, renovations, and ongoing maintenance. They wanted the same craftsmanship, care, and clear communication they experienced in their larger builds—delivered with the same Fairbank quality.
Today, FSS carries forward the same values that have defined our work since the beginning: quality, longevity, and relationships built on trust.
