PLEASANT BEACH VILLAGE

The historic Lynwood Theater and the stately Tudor manor were once emblematic of the Bainbridge's charm and rich history. Originally envisioned as the heart of a vibrant village hub, the project was abandoned at the framing stage for years. A great visionary, John Jacobi, with Windemere, partnered with Fairbank Construction to turn the abandoned frames  into a beautiful village that would compliment the existing theater and manor.

From street-line shops with condominiums above, to an Inn, swimming pool, and restortation of the Manor House, this vibrant village came to life and is one of the islands community treasures offering a variety of shops, dining options, and public art installations that celebrate the culture and history of the region.

This project is a testament to the timeless appeal of Bainbridge Island and our dedication to creating spaces that honor the past while shaping the future.
